Pizza Dough


200mL water

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

2½ cups plain flour

1½ tsp yeast

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bread mixer (dough setting), or use the dough hook of a mixer to mix well.
  2. Cover with a clean tea towel and place in a warm place for a minimum of 1 hour for yeast to rise, I like on top of the fridge, it's warmer there.
  3. Roll out as required.

note: leaving the dough overnight, or our all day will lead to a chewy well developed dough, with the yeast more complete in its processing.
